EXCLUSIVE: English actor Leo Woodall has signed with CAA.
Currently, Woodall is shooting Andy Serkis’ The Lord of the Rings: The Hunt for Gollum, joining the world of J. R. R. Tolkien in the newly created role of Halvard.
Woodall first garnered acclaim for his breakout performance in the second season of HBO’s Emmy-winning series The White Lotus before expanding his fan base with his turn in Netflix’s chart-topping limited series One Day.
The actor has since starred in projects including James Vanderbilt’s Nuremberg, alongside Rami Malek and Russell Crowe; Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy, opposite Renée Zellweger; the Netflix limited series Vladimir, opposite Rachel Weisz; and Daniel Roher’s feature Tuner, opposite Dustin Hoffman.
Woodall will next be seen in Tony, Matt Johnson’s A24 biopic of Anthony Bourdain, releasing August 7. Also on his upcoming slate is Studiocanal’s The Custom of the Country, an adaptation of the novel from Edith Wharton, where he stars opposite Sydney Sweeney.
