GRAMMY-nominated British R&B trio FLO have released their latest single ‘Don’t Break Her Heart’, alongside a playful detective-themed music video directed by Troy Roscoe. The track is the latest preview of the group’s forthcoming sophomore album, ‘Therapy At The Club’, due July 24th via Island Records.
Reuniting with producer Julian Bunetta and songwriter Steph Jones – collaborators on previous single ‘Leak It’ – FLO channel the bond at the heart of their friendship into an unapologetic anthem about protecting the people you love. Over sleek, polished production, Jorja, Stella and Renée warn prospective partners that mistreating one of their friends will have consequences.
“‘DBHH’ is our favourite sisterhood anthem,” the group said in a statement. “It really encapsulates our love for each other and the lengths we are willing to go to protect the hearts of our sisters.”
The accompanying visual leans into the song’s protective spirit, casting the trio as the operators of an investigative agency hired by women seeking the truth about their relationships. When a client suspects her partner is being unfaithful, FLO take on the case themselves.

The single arrives as anticipation continues to build around ‘Therapy At The Club’, FLO’s follow-up to 2024’s ‘Access All Areas’. The album positions the club as more than a nightlife destination, reframing it as a place of emotional release, confession and self-discovery. Across the record, the trio explore heartbreak, desire, confidence and healing through a mix of dark, euphoric R&B and pop.
The project was created alongside a roster of collaborators including Amy Allen, Steph Jones, Julian Bunetta and Boy Matthews, while returning contributors Skippz, Oak Felder and Sevyn Streeter also feature on the album. FLO have described the record as their most personal work to date, noting their extensive involvement in both the songwriting and production process.
“We’re incredibly proud to finally share ‘Therapy At The Club’ with the world,” the group said. “For us, the club is more than just a night out – it’s like therapy. Where else do you feel more understood than in a girls’ bathroom on a night out?”
‘Don’t Break Her Heart’ follows the release of album cuts ‘Leak It’ and the title track ‘Therapy At The Club’, the latter of which the trio debuted during a widely praised NPR Tiny Desk performance. ‘Leak It’ became FLO’s highest-charting UK single to date and helped further cement the group’s position as one of contemporary R&B’s fastest-rising acts.
The past year has marked a significant breakthrough for the London trio. Their debut album ‘Access All Areas’ earned a nomination for Best Progressive R&B Album at the 2026 Grammy Awards, making FLO the first British girl group in two decades to receive a Grammy nomination. They also picked up their first MOBO Award for Best R&B/Soul Act and completed what was reported as the largest U.S. headline tour by a British girl group in nearly 20 years.
With ‘Therapy At The Club’ on the horizon, FLO appear poised to build on that momentum, continuing a run that has transformed them from breakout stars into one of the most closely watched groups in modern R&B.
