“It’s really funny because I’m probably almost approached more because she’s less approachable,” he explained with a laugh. “Because I’m on TV. I’m in their living room, so they’re just like, ‘Hey, what’s up man? How’s it going?'”
The comedian—who shares son Cosmo, 4, with Scarlett—said his wife is “so famous” that it’s almost unbelievable for some fans to grasp when they meet her.
“We’ve been traveling and we’ve been standing at the passport check,” Colin explained, “and the person’s looking at her passport and he’ll be like, ‘Has anyone ever told you you look like Scarlett Johansson?'”
“Like, genuinely asking and not realizing, even though he’s looking at her,” he continued. “He’s like, ‘It would be weirder if it was her.'”
Yet, from his point of view, Colin admitted, “It’s really kind of awesome.”
