The Late Show With Stephen Colbert is heading to the Grey Havens—with help from some friends.
Stephen Colbert will be joined by pal Jon Stewart and director Steven Spielberg during the final week of his late-night show, which officially comes to an end May 21.
According to an announcement from CBS, Colbert’s May 18 episode will feature “The Worst of The Late Show,” which they have confirmed will not be a clip show. Stewart and Spielberg are then set to appear on May 19, with the episode also featuring a performance by Colbert and Talking Heads singer David Byrne.
Colbert will also be taking his famous “Colbert Questionert,” on the May 20 episode with a performance by Bruce Springsteen. However, the late night host did not share who would be joining him for the final May 21st episode, leaving some surprises for the audience.
Colbert’s exit comes 11 seasons into his time as the host of The Late Show, and while the timing of his goodbye isn’t what he expected, he’s still getting to follow a similar format to what he would have wanted.
