Alix Earle is her “own biggest fan”.
Alix Earle has reflected on her success
The 25-year-old social media star recently landed her own unscripted show on Netflix, and she launched her first skincare line, Reale Actives, earlier this year – but Alix admits to experiencing lots of bumpy moments in her career.
The blonde beauty – who also competed on Dancing with the Stars in 2025 – told Sports Illustrated: “I’ve come to realise that you have to focus on being your true self and you also have to be your own biggest fan.
“No one is going to have your back the way that you can for yourself.”
Alix – who appears in the new Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue – believes her followers really appreciate her authenticity.
She said: “I often feel like I am a big sister to my audience.
“I’m being honest and hopefully showing that it is O.K. to embrace exactly who you are … And that’s exactly what SI Swim does. It’s not about presenting this perfect picture. It celebrates women, not because they are flawless, but because they are fully themselves — the good, the bad, everything.”
Meanwhile, Alix has insisted that the rumoured tension between herself and Alex Cooper is “exaggerated”.
The social media star addressed the speculation during an appearance on the TODAY show, when she was asked directly about her relationship with Alex, the host of the Call Her Daddy podcast.
Asked by host Craig Melvin “what’s actually happening” between herself and “another internet personality and podcaster”, Alix replied: “Well, I’m trying to keep things pretty positive today, you know, we don’t have that much time here honestly, so it’s like, why ruin such a good day with something not so great?”
Craig then asked whether there was “some sort of legitimate contentiousness” or whether it had “all been exaggerated”.
Alix – whose Hot Mess podcast appeared on Alex’s Unwell Network, before it was axed in 2025 – responded: “No, it’s exaggerated. I love everyone.”
Craig then replied: “I’m not buying it, but I’ll let you go. We’ll move on.”
