London Vick did not come to play for prom.
The high school senior stepped out over the weekend in a sparkling Desireé Miami gown, with her parents, Michael Vick and Kijafa Vick, there for the send-off as she prepared to head out.
London wore a fitted silver gown covered in beadwork, with a high neckline and sheer gloves that extended the design. She completed the look with statement earrings, a silver clutch, and a corsage.
Before leaving, London posed in front of a custom “London’s Prom” display, set against a silver, black, and white backdrop with balloons framing the space.
Her parents joined her for photos in front of the setup before she left. In one shot, London stood between them, smiling, as Kijafa wore a white tank with jeans and Michael kept it casual in a white polo shirt and shorts.
She also took photos outside beside a white Mercedes-Benz G-Class, where the full look came into view, along with a closer look at the beadwork, her nails, and jewelry.
“The dress spoke for itself,” she wrote on Instagram.
Kijafa shared photos from the night as well, keeping her caption short: “Not too much. Just enough.”
Prom comes just ahead of graduation. London is set to attend Howard University in the fall.
She previously revealed that she applied to several schools, including Hampton University, Clark Atlanta University, and Georgia Institute of Technology.
During an episode of The Coach Vick Experience, London shared that there was one school she chose not to name.
“I don’t want to tell anyone I’m applying. If I get in there, I’ll just, I’ll tell y’all. That’s like embarrassing if you don’t get into a school,” she said.
Michael responded, “Guess what? It’s a lot of colleges I wanted to go to to play football. But you can’t feel embarrassed when it don’t happen. Like you a failure or something.”
He then added that being home with his children “is everything,” noting, “The only hard part is knowing that I gotta leave again.”
Together, Michael and Kijafa share three children, Jada, London, and Michael Jr. Michael is also a father to a son from a previous relationship.
