Mariah Carey spent Mother’s Day with her two favorite people.
The singer took to Instagram on Sunday to share a sweet photo with her twins, Monroe and Moroccan, also known as Roc and Roe.
In the picture, Carey could be seen posing between the teens in front of a large pink-and-lavender balloon arrangement and gifts they surprised her with earlier in the day.
“Happy Mother’s Day to all the mommies in the world!” Carey wrote. “This morning, I woke up to a beautiful pink yet lavender arrangement of roses and gifts, courtesy of my babies Roc & Roe.”
She continued, “Yes, we know, we know… they’re teens now, but they’ll always be my babies!”
Moroccan also left a sweet message in the comments section, writing, “Love you mother, thank you for giving me life!”
Mariah shares Monroe and Moroccan with ex-husband Nick Cannon.
Last month, the former couple celebrated the twins’ 15th birthday with separate celebrations.
Carey marked the occasion with a private party for Roc and Roe that included fireworks and matching birthday shirts for the teens and their friends. She later shared photos from the celebration on Instagram alongside the caption, “Happy Birthday, Roc & Roe!!!! I love you so much, Mom.”
Both teens replied in the comments.
“Love you mom, im so grateful,” Moroccan wrote, while Monroe added, “I love you mom!.”
Cannon celebrated separately with a trip to Six Flags Magic Mountain and shared photos of the twins posing together in matching shirts in front of birthday balloons.
“Got two 15 year olds on my hands now!!!!” he wrote. “Happy Birthday to my first firstborns! I thank God and you for allowing me to be your Dad! I love you Roc and Roe! Happy Birthday!”
Monroe and Moroccan were born in 2011 during Carey and Cannon’s marriage. The former couple divorced in 2016 and have been co-parenting since.
