Kyle Sandilands has teased his comeback in a new video shared with his fans.
The shock jock joked it was “a surprise that I’ve even got fans left” before thanking them for their support since his surprise sacking from KIIS FM last month.
He’s now engaged in a legal battle over his 10-year $100 million contract with the station’s owners, Australian Radio Network (ARN), with the 54-year-old saying he just wants to be back on the airwaves and honour the remaining eight years of his contract.

And it seems Sandilands is working on something behind-the-scenes while that court case plays out, telling fans he had “a little secret” to share.
“Don’t tell anyone, but I’m working on a new project and all will be revealed soon,” he said, leaning into the camera.
“Thank you for your prayers – coming back guys, bigger than ever hopefully… actually not fatter.”

He then went on to detail a diet his wife Tegan had put him on and how he’s cheated it with Twirl and a can of Coke, before his manager Bruno is heard in the background telling him he looks great.
“Thank you,” Sandilands said, before telling the camera, “That’s Bruno, he’s paid to say… well, he’s not paid at the moment.
“Oh, that’s means so much more to me. Give us a cuddle.”
The clip was filmed in front of a blank console which offered no hints or clues as to what Sandilands might be working on, though fans were quick to guess in the comments it could be a podcast.
The shock jock also didn’t given any more of an indication as to when he will make his big announcement of the “new project”.
Sandilands, one half of the Kyle and Jackie O Show, was taken off the airwaves in February after an on-air clash with his co-host Jackie ‘O’ Henderson snowballed into a fight that ended their 25-year friendship and working relationship.
Henderson claimed she lodged a complaint about her co-host previously and after the more recent incident, said she felt unsafe working alongside him and was subsequently also released from her contract.
She’s now suing ARN for $82 million in compensation, claiming her contract was unfairly terminated.
According to industry insiders Sandilands and Henderson’s relationship – both personally and professionally – is beyond repair.

And while Henderson had gone to ground in the aftermath, Sandilands has turned his court appearances into spectacles and begged to be allowed to get back to work.
“Put me back on the radio, and let’s get the share price back up,” he said outside court last Friday.
It’s unclear whether this new project will be something that will work alongside his radio career or be launched instead of it.
