Keith Urban’s daughter Sunday Rose seemingly unfollows dad on Instagram after Nicole Kidman split

Keith Urban‘s daughter Sunday Rose has seemingly revealed the status of her relationship with her father after his sensational split from Nicole Kidman last year.

The eldest daughter of Urban and Kidman has appeared to unfollow her father on Instagram, despite publicly following her mother on the social media platform.

Urban, 58, continues to follow both Kidman and his 17-year-old daughter.

Urban and Kidman shocked the world when they announced their intention to divorce in September 2025 after 19 years of marriage.

It left fans questioning what Urban’s relationship with his daughters Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret, 15, would look like after the spilt.

Kidman, 58, has explained she continues to be very close with their daughters, while last month Sunday Rose named her mum as the “biggest inspiration in life”.

The teen’s latest social media move seems to show just that.

“My mum is someone who has always been so creative and my biggest inspiration in life,” Sunday Rose told Elle Magazine as she posed on the front cover of the March issue.

“She’s a key part of everything I do.”

Kidman returned the sentiment during the live speaker series HISTORYTalks in Philadelphia last week.

“We’re so close, the three of us, we talk about everything,” the Practical Magic star said of her daughters.

The Oscar winner said she considers parenting teenagers to be “extraordinary” and relishes in the little moments of their day together.

As for Urban, fellow country music star Russell Dickerson said Urban was ”doing great” in the wake of his divorce from his A-lister wife.

“He’s always been focused on music, and so I think he’s just kind of doubling down on that, and it’s just beautiful,” the singer revealed.

Urban is set to tour Las Vegas in October this year and is heading back to Nashville this month for a special event.

Ahead of the event, the four-time Grammy winner has been teasing “something extra smooth” coming very soon.

Even singer Michael Bublé could confirm it will be a treat.

“I was Lucky enough to get a sneak listen . You’re all gonna love love love this 🔥🔥🔥🔥,” Bublé commented under Urban’s announcement on Instagram.

Urban and Kidman finalised their divorce proceedings in January 2026, agreeing to a parenting plan for their daughters Sunday and Faith.

They also waived their rights to spousal and child support.

Kidman spoke publicly about her split for the first time with Variety in March.

“I’m always going to be moving toward what’s good,” the actress told the publication when asked if she was “doing all right” in the months following their separation.

She said she is grateful for her family and moving forward as one.

“Everything else I don’t discuss out of respect. I’m staying in a place of, ‘We are a family’, and that’s what we’ll continue to be.”
