Israeli forces have begun intercepting boats from the Gaza-bound Global Sumud Flotilla, with organisers saying soldiers boarded several vessels off Cyprus. More than 50 boats left Turkiye last week in a bid to break Israel’s illegal blockade of the besieged Gaza Strip.
