Chance Combs made her onstage debut at New York University over the weekend.
The 19-year-old performed in her first play and had the support of her family in the audience.
Her twin sisters D’Lila Star and Jessie James Combs, along with brothers Christian and Justin Dior Combs, were in attendance. Their grandmother, Janice Combs, was also there, along with Chance’s mother, Sarah Chapman.
After the show, Chance posted a group photo on Instagram Stories with her family.
She reflected on the moment, writing, “Performed in my first play at NYU this past week!! Thank you to everyone who showed up and supported me.”
Chapman followed with a message of her own.
“You worked hard for months @myfancychance We loved seeing your first NYU play! You were fantastic!” she wrote, later adding, “so proud of your journey.”
The appearance comes as Chance continues to gain experience on stage and on screen.
She also recently appeared in I Do Without You, a short film written and directed by Vivian Miranda.

While performing is new for Chance, she has been studying acting for years. She said in a 2023 interview with V Magazine that she started taking theater and improv classes at a young age.
“Acting has helped me evolve more as a person, and it’s helped me step out of my comfort zone,” she said.
Chance is the daughter of Sean “Diddy” Combs and Sarah Chapman. He is also father to Love Sean Combs, twins D’Lila Star and Jessie James Combs, sons King Combs and Justin Dior Combs, and Quincy Brown.

In that same interview, she said watching her father work played a role in shaping her own drive.
“Growing up, we’ve always been around different artists and in the studio with our dad,” she said. “Even though we don’t want to pursue music right now, just seeing his work ethic and persistence has definitely been a big contributor to the drive we have to pursue our dreams.”
Chance is currently in her second year at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts.
