Casey Donovan has shared an update on her IVF journey with partner Renee Sharples.
The Aussie singer and former Australian Idol star, 37, shared a candid video with fans revealing they’ve had their first embryo transfer at a fertility clinic.
It’s believed it’s Donovan who had the embryo transferred, as her name is on a scan in her video shared.

“Today @renee.sharples and I did our first embryo transfer,” she wrote in her post.
“I got the 6am flight back from Sydney to Melbourne and after a massive weekend of amazing shows in NSW it was great to be home into the loving arms of my love and put my legs up…Literally 💃🏾”
She added in part of her post, after thanking doctors: “Now we wait…What will be will be. Sending all of the love, light and baby dust to all who are on an IVF journey.”

Underneath her post, Donovan received an outpouring of support from her fans.
“So excited for you @caseydonovan88 and wishing you loads of love and positive energy xx,” one follower commented underneath.
She rose to fame on Australian Idol back in 2004, winning the competition and beating singer Anthony Callea and Ricki-Lee Coulter.

She and partner Sharples got engaged and announced the happy news in June 2024.
In her announcement post, showing off her ring, Donovan wrote: “21.06.24 on the strawberry moon of the winter solstice the love of my life asked me if I wanted to do this life together forever.”
“The day I met you, home was no longer a place it became a person and yes, you are a gypsy but there’s nobody else I would rather attach my wagon to on this beautiful road trip called life’ and with that, I said yes! 🥰.”
