And the 2026 Oscar Nominees Are… (Full List!) – CelebrityKind || Positive Celebrity News | Movies TV Music Books

The nominees for the 98th Academy Awards (or the 2026 Oscars as us normal folk call them) have been announced! Let’s start with the history-makers, shall we?

Sinners starring Michael B. Jordan is the first film ever to score 16 nominations. Yes, 16! The movie now beats the 14-nomination record held by 1950’s All About Eve, 1997’s Titanic and 2016’s La La Land.

Timothee Chalamet has become the youngest male to have three Best Actor nominations. He’s up for his role in Marty Supreme and was previously nominated for A Complete Unknown and Call Me By Your Name. (FYI, he’s 30!)

Emma Stone is the youngest woman to receive seven Oscar nominations. The 34-year-old is nominated for Bugonia. Meryl Streep previously held the record at the age of 38.

And… The Secret Agent’s Wagner Moura is the first Brazilian to be nominated for a Best Actor Oscar.
