Global superstar RAYE has announced that her highly anticipated second album, titled THIS MUSIC MAY CONTAIN HOPE., will be released on March 27 via Human Re Sources.
The 17-track album, set in 4 “seasons” with each side of the vinyl being a different season, takes listeners on a sonic journey that begins with darkness and ends with light. It will include the smash number one hit ‘WHERE IS MY HUSBAND!’, which has garnered over 600 million streams to date.
Speaking about the album, RAYE said: “Music is medicine, I’ve always said that. I guess I’m in the process of making medicine for myself that I can share with the world. I want us all to say to ourselves that it’s going to be all right, and I’m going to have faith in the seeds that I’ve planted beneath the snow. I wanted to create something that is a hug, bed or soft place for that person who needs it.”
2026 is undoubtedly going to be a stellar year for RAYE. Just this week, she was awarded the Harry Belafonte Social Change Award ahead of the GRAMMY Awards for her poignant track ‘Ice Cream Man’. She also received two BRIT award nominations on Wednesday, for Song of The Year (WHERE IS MY HUSBAND!) and Best Pop.
Tonight, RAYE kicks off her huge sold out 51-date arena tour, THIS TOUR MAY CONTAIN NEW MUSIC, with support from her sisters ABSOLUTELY and AMMA. Opening in Lodz, Poland, the tour encompasses dates across Europe and the UK, including six nights at The O2, before heading to North America. RAYE will also be a special guest on Bruno Mars’ The Romantic Tour for 27 stadium shows across the US this summer.
