North West is getting ready to release new music.
On March 19, the 12-year-old posted a short video on Instagram with a caption that simply read, “Ep soon.”
In the clip, set to an original audio, North appears with bright blue hair and visible piercings as she hangs out with friends in what looks like a preview tied to the project.
North first confirmed that she was working on an album titled Elementary School Dropout during a listening party for VULTURES 2.
Months later, on September 2, her brother Saint West unintentionally revealed what appeared to be the album’s working track list during a Call of Duty gameplay stream. Among the tracks were “TALKING” and “BOMB,” two songs that had already been released, suggesting the project was still evolving at the time.
Kim Kardashian later confirmed in an interview with Complex that the album was still underway.
“She loves producing music and wanted to share it with the world and isn’t afraid if people will like it,” the SKIMS founder told the publication.
“She’s like her dad in that if she likes it, that’s enough for her, and she doesn’t really care about outside opinions,” Kardashian continued. “I’m proud of her for that, for releasing music, having fun with it, and doing it her own way.”
In February 2026, North West signed with Gamma, the independent company founded by Larry Jackson. The partnership places her alongside artists including Mariah Carey, Usher, Sexyy Red, Snoop Dogg and Ye.
Earlier this month, North released “Piercing on My Hand” and performed the song live during Ye’s show in Mexico City. She also joined him for “Only One,” along with ¥$ tracks “Talking” and “Bomb.”
Outside of music, she has also been expanding into fashion. She recently released an exclusive NOR11 hat priced at $175.
Kim Kardashian filed trademark applications tied to the name “NOR11” earlier this year, covering clothing, accessories and beauty products. The filings were submitted through KimYe’s Kid Inc., a California company established in August 2023 with Kardashian listed as the sole officer.
The name “NOR11” is believed to combine the first three letters of North’s name with the age she was when she began developing the concept.
