Nick Kyrgios has made things Instagram official – and in true Kyrgios fashion, he didn’t exactly keep it low-key.
The Aussie athlete has debuted his new relationship with Alexia Alessi, sharing a loved-up photo of the pair alongside the caption: “life keeps surprising me”.
The post confirms weeks of speculation after the pair were first spotted together earlier this year during a night out in Melbourne, where they appeared close as they headed to dinner with another couple.

Their outing came during a typically headline-making stretch for Kyrgios, who had been in the spotlight following a chaotic night during the Australian Open, where he was reportedly asked to leave a nightclub in the early hours of the morning.
Meanwhile, Alessi, who works in marketing and is based in Melbourne, keeps a relatively low profile online, with a modest following across Instagram and TikTok, where she shares lifestyle content and lip-sync videos.
Kyrgios’ new romance comes just over a year after his split from long-time girlfriend Costeen Hatzi.

The pair began dating in 2021 after first connecting in an unconventional way, when Kyrgios responded to an online listing Hatzi had posted.
While their relationship played out in the public eye, neither has spoken in detail about the reason behind their breakup.
In the months following his split, Kyrgios, 30, was also briefly linked to former Love Island contestant Mia Dalkos, after the pair exchanged flirty interactions on social media.
Rumours ramped up when the two appeared to be travelling in the same locations, including a trip to the Bahamas – where Kyrgios owns a home – and later in New York, where they attended a high-profile tennis exhibition.
Despite the speculation, Kyrgios never publicly confirmed a relationship at the time.
He has, however, offered fans a clearer picture of what’s next on the court.
In a recent Instagram Q&A with his 4.4 million followers, Kyrgios revealed he’s planning a return to competition in the coming months.
Asked whether he would be back on tour, he responded: “Will be playing the grass and UTS events.”
It comes after a brief appearance at this year’s Australian Open, where his run was cut short across both the doubles and mixed doubles competitions.
