22 years after starring together in Dawson’s Creek, Katie Holmes and Joshua Jackson are reuniting on screen – this time for a project being directed by Katie!

It’s a film trilogy, titled Happy Hours, and according to Deadline who first reported the news, it’s about young loves who reconnect as adults.

I mean, could this be any more perfect? For those of us who were teens of the 90s and early 2000s, we all remember Katie and Joshua as Joey and Pacey – also young loves.

Confirming the news on socials, Katie said, “I am so very grateful to be working again with so many of my wonderful friends on this film HAPPY HOURS. And working with Josh after so many years is a testament to friendship. HAPPY HOURS is a love story that includes so many people I adore. We can’t wait for everyone to see what we make.”

She tagged a bunch of her co-stars too and it sounds like we’re in for an epic cast: Mary Louise Parker, Constance Wu, Donald Webber, Joe Tippett, John McGinty and more!

I don’t wanna wait (you see what I did there?) for this onscreen reunion either but we  sadly have to – the first film is currently in production in New York City. The other two are expected to follow shortly after.
