The inactive player list for the Sunday night matchup between the Detroit Lions and Kansas City Chiefs is now out.
The Lions inactives are dominated by injured players. With so many players ruled out ahead of the game, these were not tough choices:
- CB Terrion Arnold (injured)
- LT Taylor Decker (injured)
- LB Zach Cunningham (injured)
- DB Avonte Maddox (injured)
- RB Sione Vaki (injured)
- S Loren Strickland
- DL Mekhi Wingo
Starting safeties Brian Branch and Kerby Joseph are active after being listed as questionable on the final injury report.
The Chiefs had a late issue with starting left tackle Josh Simmons, who was added to their report for a personal issue on Sunday. Simmons is not going to play in the game.
