Unrivaled first team headlined by Paige Bueckers and Kelsey Plum, both playing first seasons in 3-on-3 league


In their first season with Unrivaled, Paige Bueckers and Kelsey Plum were named to the 3-on-3 league’s first team, announced on Saturday.

Chelsea Gray is the other member of the first team, earning the honor for the second consecutive season. Playing for Rose, Gray was Unrivaled’s second-leading scorer, averaging 24.2 points, 5.6 rebounds, 6.1 assists and 1.3 steals per game. She also led the league shooting 48% on 3-pointers. Last season, Gray was named Finals MVP, leading Rose to the Unrivaled championship.

Plum had the third-highest scoring average at 22.6 points per game, adding 4.9 rebounds and 5 assists per game while shooting 40% on 3s for Phantom. This was her first season in Unrivaled after opting out of last year’s inaugural campaign, and she helped Phantom to the best record in the league.
