Sienna Miller surprised fans by turning up with a baby bump on display when she arrived on the red carpet of The Fashion Awards in London this week.
While Miller, 43, managed to keep her pregnancy under wraps until the appearance at the iconic Royal Albert Hall, the soon-to-be mother of three’s love life – which includes three engagements – has gained as much attention over the years as her acting work.
Let’s take a look at her relationships, including her high-profile but ultimately doomed off-and-on-romance with Jude Law.
Miller was born in New York City on December 28, 1981. Her mother Jo Miller was a model-turned-actress while her father Edwin was a banker.
When she was 18 months old, the family moved to London where her mother started a branch of the famed Lee Strasberg drama school. After finishing school, Miller dabbled in modelling and acting. Her first role was in the 2001 comedy South Kensington, which starred Rupert Everett and Elle Macpherson.
Around that time, she was linked with another up-and-coming London-based star, Orlando Bloom, before he started dating Kate Bosworth. While no photos exist of the pair and neither ever confirmed the rumours, there are numerous media reports they dated for several months in 2001 and again four years later.

Jude Law
After moving to New York, Miller won roles in a number of TV shows and movies before her big break came when she was cast in the film Alfie.
She played Nikki, a free-spirited young woman who becomes involved with Alfie, played by Jude Law in the remake of the 1966 film starring Michael Caine.
When they met, Law was already a big star who was nine years Miller’s senior and in the midst of a messy separation from first wife Sadie Frost, with whom he shared three children.
He and Miller began dating and became engaged a year later on Christmas Day, 2004, when the actress was 22.
Just five months later, reports emerged that Law was cheating on Miller with his children’s nanny.
Two months later, he admitted it was true and issued a public apology to his fiancee.
Miller told The Daily Beast in 2020 the period, during which she was constantly pursued by photographers and written about in the press, was “one of the most challenging moments I hope I’ll ever have to experience”.
“With that level of public heartbreak, to have to get out of a bed let alone stand in front of 800 people every night, it’s just the last thing you want to do,” she said.
“It was at the height of all that paparazzi madness, and in London where there was an epidemic of bad behaviour.”
After the affair was exposed, the couple stayed together before splitting up in November 2006, but they reunited in 2009 before eventually calling it quits for good in 2011.
Daniel Craig
Miller was linked with Daniel Craig in 2005 after disgraced tabloid News of the World reported there was audio of a phone call between the pair in which she allegedly told the James Bond star, “I love you”.
Law was said to be livid when he found out about the affair between Miller and Craig, who was a close friend, and confronted the actor in a heated exchange.
The news outlet was later found to have gotten access to phone records as part of a wide-reaching phone hacking scandal.
Miller at the time denied she was having an affair with Craig, who was her co-star in the film Layer Cake.
However, while giving evidence in court about the phone hacking matter in 2014, she said, “Whether or not I was in a relationship with Daniel Craig at the time, it was a very brief encounter”.
After her break-up with Law, Miller was rumoured to have had flings with stars including Leonardo DiCaprio, Jamie Dornan, Josh Hartnett and even Diddy between 2006 and 2007.

Matthew Rhys
Miller reportedly fell for Welsh actor Matthew Rhys on the set of their film The Edge of Love.
The co-stars were first linked during filming in mid-2007 but the rumour mill went into overdrive once they started promoting the film.
London Evening Standard was among media outlets that reported the pair were an item.
They reportedly broke up after their work schedules took them in different directions.
Rhys Ifans
Next, Miller started a relationship with another Welshman, Notting Hill star Rhys Ifans, who was 14 years her senior.
They were pictured together a number of times in 2007 and 2008, including at the Film Independent Spirit Awards at Santa Monica Pier in February 2008.
The two reportedly even became engaged before breaking up in mid-2008, with reports suggesting Miller broke it off because Ifans was jealous and possessive, and had called out her friendship with former boyfriend Rhys.
London Evening Standard reported Ifans had trouble trusting Miller in part because their relationship started while she was still with Rhys.
Miller reportedly ended their relationship over the phone, leaving Ifans distraught. She later alluded to the break-up.
“I really thought I was very ready to settle down, but then I realised I wanted to be selfish for just a little bit longer,” she said.
“I don’t want to have any regrets that I should have done more. But I’m only 26, I have plenty of time.”
Balthazar Getty
In 2008, Miller was linked with married actor – and member of the powerful Getty family – Balthazar Getty, who was most famous for roles in TV shows Charmed, Alias and Brothers & Sisters.
Miller and Getty were photographed on holidays together while Getty was still married to Rosetta Millington, with whom he shared four children.
After Getty and his wife separated, Miller and Getty went public but broke up in 2009.
The actor later rekindled his relationship with his wife, telling Harper’s Bazaar in 2010 she was “understanding enough and spiritual enough” to try again.
Miller later said she regretted getting caught up in the ‘madness’ of having an affair with a married man.
Tom Sturridge
Miller famously reunited with Law in 2009 before eventually calling it quits for good in 2011.
Soon after, she started dating British actor Tom Sturridge. The two became engaged in 2012 and welcomed daughter Marlowe in July that year.
Three years later, the couple split, with a source telling The Sun, “Tom and Sienna split a few weeks ago but still love and respect each other as friends and parents.
“It’s a very amicable break-up and they intend to remain great friends.”
However, People quoted a source as saying it was Miller that wanted out.
“Tom wanted to get married and have more children. Sienna didn’t,” People reported, adding her career often took her away from home.
Lucas Zwirner
After a reported brief dalliance with Brad Pitt, Miller began dating literary editor Lucas Zwirner, who was nine years her junior.
The couple started dating in late 2018 and by January 2020, they were engaged, however they never made it down the aisle and called it quits in September 2020.
She later addressed the break-up in a 2022 interview with DuJour.
“I’ve dealt with very public heartbreak. I was never somebody who dreamt of getting married. I’ve been engaged a few times, but I’ve never been married,” she said.
“It’s better than three divorces, I think.”
Archie Keswick
Miller went on to date another non-celebrity, this time falling for businessman Archie Keswick.
Keswick came from high society and serious money thanks to his family’s Asian business ventures.
The couple were reportedly long-time friends before they struck up a romance sometime in 2021, but it was short-lived.
Oli Green
Miller reportedly met Green, who is 14 years her junior, at a friend’s Halloween party in 2021.
She told British Vogue in December 2023 that while he “worked hard to persuade me to go out for a drink with him”, she did not think the relationship would go anywhere.
In June 2024, she told Harper’s Bazaar she did not plan to fall for someone who was so much younger than her.
“I didn’t expect to take it seriously and then quite quickly, I fell in love. I wasn’t like, ‘I’m gonna get a younger boyfriend.’ It was more, ‘Why are you young? That’s so annoying’.”
They went public with their relationship in February 2022, when Miller and the model turned actor attended a New York Knicks game.

In 2023, reports emerged that Miller was pregnant with their first child.
She told Harper’s Bazaar she had always wanted her daughter to have a sibling but was not trying to get pregnant.
Miller gave birth to a baby girl in January 2024, when she was 42. She described her arrival as a “cathartic, healing experience”.
“I’m in heaven,” she said.
Now, at 43, Miller is expecting again, having wordlessly announced her latest pregnancy on the red carpet by donning a see-through dress Green was by her side.
Green was by her side.
She told Harper’s Bazaar that Green was part of a generation of men who respected women.
“It’s specific to him, he is very wise and well-adjusted, but I do believe it’s also that generation. They have grown up with a slightly more level playing field.”
Time will tell if Miller has found her happily ever after.
