Newly-released bodycam video shows the moment UK police wrongfully arrested 18-year-old Henry Nowak as he was dying of stab wounds. Nowak had been falsely accused of racially abusing a Sikh man, Vickrum Digwa, who was convicted of murdering Nowak.
