Katie Price says she has found her missing husband Lee Andrews after he called her from a Dubai prison today.
The glamour model, who married the businessman in January, says her husband was arrested on espionage charges and taken to Al Awir prison.
“I have found him – he is alive, and he is OK,” she told UK newspaper The Sun.
“I told him how worried I had been and told him I loved him.
“It was very rushed, but he said the authorities out there thought he was a spy. I don’t know much more than that right now.”
The reality TV star had issued a desperate plea to help find her husband after he failed to board a flight to the UK to see her two weeks ago.
Andrews was last seen in public on May 13 but was spotted online on social media, sparking a number of theories about what had happened, including kidnapping and being on the run from Interpol.
Andrews’ dad, Peter, was the first to suggest his son had been arrested by UAE authorities over an unknown charge but doubt was cast over the theory when his phone was reportedly turned on just hours later.
