Drake has broken the record previously held by Michael Jackson for most No. 1s on the Billboard Hot 100 by a solo male artist as “Janice STFU” bows atop the chart following the release of his trio of albums.
With that accomplishment, Drake now ties Rihanna and Taylor Swift for most No. 1s across all acts with 14 chart toppers. The only other artists ahead of them are Mariah Carey with 19 and the Beatles with 20.
Additionally, Drake beats Morgan Wallen’s record from 2025 for earning the most entries in a single week on the chart with 42 songs. Wallen previously lodged 37 song entries, breaking his previous record of 36 entries in a single week. Wallen also tied Taylor Swift’s record for third-most entries, as they both had 32 songs bow on the chart in 2025 and 2024, respectively. (For reference, Drake’s previous record for most entries in a single week was in 2018 with 27 tracks.)
Across the top 10, Drake occupies nine of the slots, save for Ella Langley’s “Choosin’ Texas,” which hangs on at No. 5. With that, he extends his record total career count to 90 songs to hit the top 10. He also becomes the first act ever to amass more than 400 career entries on the Hot 100.
Drake is riding high off the success of his trio of albums — “Iceman,” “Maid of Honour” and “Habibti” — that he released on May 15. The rapper had been teasing the “Iceman” album for nearly two years, debuting songs via various livestreams before they ended up on DSPs. In his fourth livestream, just hours before “Iceman” was set to release, he revealed that two more surprise albums (“Maid of Honour” and “Habibti”) would also be released.
Over the weekend, “Iceman,” “Habibti” and “Maid of Honour” made chart history as they debuted at Nos. 1, 2 and 3, respectively. “Iceman” earned 463,000 equivalent album units and secured his 15th chart-topper, besting Jay-Z’s previous record for most No. 1s among solo men and R&B/hip-hop artists. Drake also tied Taylor Swift for most No. 1s among solo acts, only behind the Beatles with their record 19 No. 1s.
