Ex-TikTok Exec Stuart Flint To Advise Caspar Lee’s Influencer

EXCLUSIVE: Former TikTok exec Stuart Flint has joined the advisory board of Influencer, the global creator marketing biz founded by Caspar Lee and Ben Jeffries.

Flint was TikTok’s VP, Sales in Europe, leading the social media app on commercial operations in the continent and is now SVP and Managing Director, EMEA for DoubleVerify. We hear Influencer is building out its advisory board with more announcements forthcoming.

Influencer, which popular British YouTuber Lee founded with Jeffries in 2015, has bases in London, New York, L.A., Berlin, Riyadh and Dubai. It focuses on creator-led marketing, working with the likes of Coca-Cola, Amazon and Nike.

The company’s co-founder, Lee, is a contemporary of Zoella, KSI and other British creators, who adopted YouTube and other social platforms around a decade ago. He is the co-founder of talent agency MVE alongside YouTube partner Joe Sugg.

Flint will provide strategic counsel and help support international growth through senior introductions, market insight and involvement in key industry events.

“Stuart has been at the centre of one of the most important platform shifts of the last decade, helping shape how brands and creators connect at scale,” said Jeffries. “As the creator economy continues to evolve, having someone with that level of experience and perspective working alongside us is incredibly valuable.”

“I’m pleased to be joining Influencer as an advisor at such a pivotal moment for the creator economy, as creator-led media continues to strengthen its role as a core and commercially accountable part of the marketing mix,” said Flint. “The team has built a genuinely differentiated position in the market, helping brands navigate an increasingly complex ecosystem where platforms, creators and commerce are becoming more closely connected and measurable.”
