Amir Epps brought his A-game for prom night.
The son of Keisha and Omar Epps stepped out in style for the occasion, and his mom could not have been prouder.
Keisha posted a series of pictures on her Instagram showing Amir dressed in a navy pinstripe double-breasted suit paired with a brown patterned tie and white pocket square. In several photos, the teenager posed solo outdoors before taking family pictures with both his parents.
“My sonshine. My heart. My joy. Prom 2026,” Keisha wrote alongside the post.
She also reflected on how emotional the moment felt.
“I’m really doing all I can to keep it all together. It’s the moments of reflection I choke the most. The still moments,” she shared.
Keisha went on to praise her son’s character and the way he has carried himself over the years.
“You have always walked a very distinguished walk. From the very beginning, son. You’ve embraced the meaning and honor of your name and remained grounded…solid.”
She added, “With great pride & joy, no words can express how blessed our family is to have you. Lord knows!..As a son, brother, grandson, nephew, God son, cousin & friend. You’re one of a kind in many ways but especially your spirit, your heart.”
The actress also joked that Amir’s polished prom look deserved editorial attention.
“Now back to prom — You showed out Bub!!!!” she wrote before adding, “I think it’s time for GQ to do a GQ teen — you’re first up!!!”
Earlier this month, Keisha announced that Amir will attend Loyola Marymount University this fall after previously visiting the campus before receiving his acceptance.
“You did it son! Continue to plant and land where you choose…where you will thrive. And remember, the sky is never the limit!! Especially not for you. Officially #LMU bound!!!!” she wrote in a separate post celebrating his college decision.
