Kim Kardashian is doing amazing, sweetie.
That’s because she takes nearly three dozen vitamins daily, which has become a necessary part of her preventative health routine.
“I take probably 35 supplements a day,” the 45-year-old told Amy Poehler during the May 19 episode of Good Hang. “I spread them out three times a day.”
If it sounds like a lot, Kim agrees, as she admitted that keeping up with the habit has become a bit tedious. However, she soon learned the value of her intake when she skipped out on one of her supplements.
“I thought, ‘Okay, I can’t do this fish oil right now, like anymore. I have pill fatigue. I have to stop these fish oil,’” she recalled. “And I got my blood work and it was so evident that I stopped and I had to start again.”
Like most people, the All’s Fair actress isn’t a fan of taking her vitamins, noting that fish oil pills in particular “are just so big.” In a perfect world, she quipped, “I wish there was like an IV drip I could do every day and I would just do it on my way to work.”
