Bonnie Blue has hit out at Louise Thompson for “laughing at kids”.
Bonnie Blue has hit out at Louise Thompson
The former Made in Chelsea star sparked a major online debate after she declared the “the responsibility relies fully on the parents” when children are sent to school “before they are potty trained” during an appearance on her He Said, She Said podcast – and now adult entertainer Bonnie, who is pregnant with her first child, has weighed in.
In a video posted on TikTok, Bonnie warned her followers she was about to give her ““honest but brutal” opinion on Louise’s remarks, saying: “Just because you have a posh accent and pay for a podcast set up, does not mean you’re knowledgeable, relatable or qualified to laugh at children.
“I’ve seen multiple podcast clips where she tries to come across as relatable, but just says the stupidest things.”
Bonnie went on to add that Louise’s latest comments stem from her “lack of knowledge” and she went on to reference the reality star’s own health problems as she was fitted with a stoma bag in 2024 after spending years battling ulcerative colitis.
Bonnie went on to say: “One, she has a poo bag, nothing wrong with a poo bag, but like, you are classed as disabled yourself. So I think laughing at kids that can’t do it themselves, is a bit of a p*** take when you don’t do it yourself.”
Louise made her comments on an episode of her podcast with her fiance Ryan Libbey in which they were discussing children who attend school before they have learned to use the toilet or eat and drink for themselves.
Louise said: “One in four children are sent to school before they are potty trained, which means their teachers are having to change their nappies and then wipe their bums.”
Ryan said: “That’s a raw deal” and Louise replied: “Isn’t that quite full on?”
The former reality TV star went on to say: “Maybe its a bit of a cop out they’re like: ‘Oh my child’s crying and they’re being a bit difficult, I can’t be bothered with the hassle so I’m just going to take the easy route’ …
“I think people are so distracted these days with screens they can’t be bothered to dedicate the time. I think the responsibility relies fully on the parents.
“I really don’t think the teachers when doing their teacher training, that’s something they should even have to think about.”
