Delta Goodrem has qualified for the Eurovision 2026 Grand Final!

The Aussie singer, 41, competed in semi-final two in Vienna and made it to the next and final stage, well on her way to be a possible winner of the competition.

Delta hit the stage, performing her hit song, Eclipse, making it to the Grand Final alongside countries including Malta, Denmark, Norway, Albania and Cyrpus.

Other countries in the Grand Final include Ukraine, Bulgaria, Romania. The ‘big four’ automatically in the Grand Final are France, Germany, Italy, the UK.

Goodrem is of course, representing Australia in the iconic competition.

The Grand Final is set to be held on Saturday, May 16, but it will air in Australia in the early hours of Sunday morning.

For her show-stopping performance, Goodrem stunned in a pale gold glittering dress and was on a raising platform as she belted out the song, wowing fans.

Pyrotechnics also went off behind her, as she performed to cheers from the crowd.

Before taking to the stage, Goodrem encouraged fans to vote for her.

“We can’t vote for our own 🙁 So if you’re in Australia, you can’t vote for me! But your friends, family, work colleagues, pen pals and ex boyfriends overseas can!!! 🤣 Tell everyone to vote Australia ha!!!” she wrote.

It was announced two months ago that the former Neighbours star would be representing Australia at the song contest. 

She follows in the footsteps of Go-Jo, who represented Australia in the contest last year.

“I’m so honoured to represent Australia on one of the biggest and most iconic music stages in the world at Eurovision,” Goodrem said.

“As a singer-songwriter, music has been my lifelong passion. I’ve always loved the creativity, individuality, and joy Eurovision brings, connecting and uniting people across the globe through music; the universal language.

“I can’t wait to arrive in Vienna and make Australia proud.”
