Jackie ‘O’ Henderson spotted at lunch with Pip Edwards as ARN legal battle continues

Jackie ‘O’ Henderson has put her legal battle on the backburner, making a rare public appearance since the Kyle and Jackie O Show was pulled from the airwaves.

The radio host, 51, was seen among a group of friends over the weekend, celebrating the 46th birthday of P.E Nation founder Pip Edwards at Bondi Icebergs.

Henderson is in the midst of suing ARN over the termination of her and Kyle Sandilands’ $200 million contract with KIIS FM.

However, in a snap posted to Edwards’ Instagram story, she appeared the picture of relaxation alongside several high-profile names.

Henderson was joined by Edwards’ new boyfriend Nicholas Nogarotto, former MCo Beauty billionaire Shelley Sullivan and talent manager Milly Gattegno.

The group were all smiles as they shared wine and a pink birthday cake for the occasion.

Henderson and Edwards have shared a close friendship since 2024, when they were first pictured holidaying together in Fiji.

Since then, the pair have frequently been spotted out and about, with Edwards describing their bond as “spiritually aligned.”

Speaking to nine.com.au prior to Henderson’s legal action coming to light, Edwards shared an update on how her close friend was doing amid the fallout.

“She’s obviously one of my best friends. I’ve been seeing her quite a bit,” Edwards told nine.com.au.

“She’s in a really good space.”

Henderson and Sandilands, however, have reportedly not spoken since their explosive on-air spat.

The radio personality has kept a notably low profile in the aftermath, opting to speak out exclusively through legal statements and court documents.

Her wrongful termination lawsuit against ARN – which she filed separately from Sandilands – came before the federal court on Friday.

Henderson chose not to attend the management hearing, where client attendance is not mandatory. Instead, her close friend and manager Gemma O’Neill observed proceedings.

While Sandilands played to the cameras, exactly as he did at his first court appearance on March 27, Henderson’s absence spoke volumes about her shift toward a more private, post-KIIS life.

The only time we’ve publicly seen Henderson in recent days was at the Her Best Life retreat last weekend; a women’s wellness event organised by O’Neill.
