Dave Grohl shared a peek into his home life during times like these.
The Foo Fighters frontman revealed how he reconnects with his loved ones, including wife Jordyn Blum and their three kids Violet Maye, 20, Harper Willow, 17, and Ophelia Saint, 11, after being out on the road.
Grohl, 57, told The Dish podcast in an episode published April 22, “The first thing I do when I come home from being on tour is I like to cook for the family.”
The rockstar even detailed what the menu looks like. “Whether it’s making a roast over the weekend or it’s a pasta, I usually bring the comfort,” he continued, “like I’m home and I bring the comfort to the kids.”
The “My Hero” artist doesn’t always leave his family behind while on tour, as he revealed what it’s meant to bring his kids to cities like Milan and Stockholm.
He reflected on those journeys, saying, “It really sort of broadens their whole scope or idea of everything.”
However, Grohl’s family life hasn’t been without its ups and downs, with him sharing in September 2024 that he welcomed a fourth daughter outside of his marriage.
