Major Harris stepped out for his senior prom on Saturday.
The son of T.I. and Tiny Harris looked dapper for the occasion, wearing a black suit by Hideoki, paired with a polka-dot tie and a turquoise pocket square. His girlfriend matched the look in a turquoise gown.
The couple’s outfits drew plenty of praise online.
“He was literally just a baby; he looks so sharp!!” one person wrote.
“That suit fits him like a glove! Well tailored. It’s simple but detailed, and even with the untrained eye, you can tell it’s tailored. That boy is clean,” another added.
“Mannnnnnn Major looks like his mama and daddy in one! Just the perfect mixture. So sophisticated,” a third commented.
Others pointed to the overall look and feel of the moment, calling it “classy” and “timeless.”
Before leaving, Major got a send-off at home. Loved ones gathered on the front lawn as he and his date walked out of the house.
As they walked down the red carpet laid along the entrance, family members cheered them on.
They stopped for photos before Major’s sister**, Zonnique,** and mom, Tameka “Tiny” Harris, walked them to the car.
The outing comes just weeks before Major is set to graduate next month.
Major has also been focusing on theater, taking part in stage productions at school. Tiny recently spoke about seeing him perform.
“He’s such a natural. Nobody knew because he just started this. Seeing him up there doing his thing, he did so good. I was just so impressed. He had this accent the whole time and he did so good. He was singing too, like eight songs. I was like, ‘Dang.’ It was crazy to see my baby in a whole new light.”
Tiny also shared that Major is graduating with honors and a 4.0 GPA from a private school in Atlanta.
